Our chicken

Established in 1972, H.G. Walter is a family run butcher based in Barons Court who source their naturally fed and humanely treated chickens from small British farms that do not use hormones or GM feed and avoid antibiotics.

Our beef and eggs

At 73, Daphne Tilley still runs the family business in Wales, rearing their naturally fed cows with views of Snowdonia. We think she might have the best office in the world.

Her daughter in law, Carolyn, helps with the family business’ by running Tilley’s eggs.

Our lamb

Daphne Tilley also provides us with naturally fed lamb.

Our fish

We work with Direct Seafoods for our river trout and other seasonal catch. Leaders in their field, all the fish they provide us are ethically and sustainably sourced.

Our fruit & veg

Based in New Covent Garden Market since 2001, First Choice Produce supplies our seasonal, fresh fruit and vegetables. They use cutting edge techniques to grow all their produce using no nasty chemicals and the least amount of land as possible.

Our bread

Founded in 2012 in Peckham, Rana’s Artisan Gluten Free Bakery is run by Rana (who is also a Coeliac) and her close friend, Alexander. Their “crusty, fluffy bread,” which is free from gluten, diary, eggs, nuts and soya, has won several awards including two Great Taste Awards and four FreeFrom Awards.
