Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: healthy food is difficult to find.
When our founder was diagnosed with cancer in 2006 he immediately wanted to change how he ate. Trying to find healthy food in London was difficult. When he talked with other people he realised many had similar experiences.
We started Farmstand to create a solution.
By setting up a central kitchen hub (circumventing traditional retail food business models), establishing close relationships with local suppliers, forging strategic partnerships with corporates and engaging with customers directly, we’re able to provide higher-quality, better-looking, better-tasting healthy food in multiple locations and also at an affordable price.
We believe that everyone (all ages, nationalities and social classes) should be able to eat well.
